Hiring: Event Sales Rep in Orlando

A new live art and music bar located on International Dr (Orlando, Fl), has an opening for an experienced Sales Representative for Group, Event and Ticket Sales. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to be a part of this new, colorful and exciting arts entertainment company. This position is responsible for focusing on, promoting and selling corporate events, group ticket programs, buy-outs and individual ticket sales. The ideal candidate for this role must be sales driven, results focused, passionate and creative in developing new ticket/sales programs. 

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
• Identify, develop and maintain key accounts as well as foster new relationships to exceed revenue goals
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities and initiatives to drive ticket sales
• Increase venue and product awareness within the market place by conducting sales calls, familiarization tours, industry meetings, tradeshows, etc.
• Conduct and manage telesales and email campaigns to promote events, ticket programs and generate leads
• Partner and network within industry organizations to develop strong relationships and obtain sales leads
• Preparing proposals and event budgets, that are geared towards maximizing profit while fulfilling customer needs
• Negotiating and contract management
• Partnering with Event Production to ensure flawless execution of event
• Identify market trends to supports managements in strategic decision making
• Effectively partner with operations, entertainment, finance, and food/retail to leverage knowledge and opportunities
• Continuously expand knowledge of competition to ensure the company's placement in the marketplace

Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with B2B sales
- Effective customer service skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales
- Computer skills - Mircosoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience working with the tourism industry, ticket resellers, hotel concierge, and DMCs.
- Demonstrated track-record of successfully selling and developing programs
- Proven success in developing client relationships and managing accounts
- Ability to effectively prioritize and determine accurate product for customer need 
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven success in working effectively with team members 
- Creative, out of the box thinker
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and be able to wear 'multiple hats" and multi task
- Self-motivated, outgoing, positive attitude
- Team player, willing to jump in to assist teammates when needed
